Fraser Yacht Insurance Services has been placing yacht and marine related insurance for over four decades. Founder, David Fraser, established the insurance agency in 1961 as an associate company of his well known yacht brokerage firm, Fraser Yachts. David discovered that most general insurance agents weren’t familiar with the specialized nature of marine risks; therefore, he started offering this additional service to his clients.

Today, Fraser Yachts and Fraser Yacht Insurance Services are businesses with worldwide reach and David remains active in them both. Although his daughter, Jennie Fraser Heinke, now operates the insurance agency, David is still personally involved with the business, the clients and their yachts.

Most general insurance agents have extremely limited markets for yachts. At Fraser Yacht Insurance we are very proud of our strong company relationships and numerous company appointments. These relationships help provide boat owners with the lowest possible quote consistent with the finest policy terms.
